The 2017 Bowie VFD Santa Rides will visit each station's area on the nights shown below, and the routes will cover all of the main streets and some of the side streets, but we cannot cover every street in Bowie as we have in the past. We will leave the station each evening between 6:00 and 6:30 PM and will try to finish before 9:00 PM. Streets in each area will be covered in the order shown in the schedule below. For safety reasons, we ask that residents of courts come out to the main road to see Santa. Parents, please do not allow your children to climb on the apparatus! We do our best to follow the schedule outlined below, but sometimes have to make changes based on emergency responses and inclement weather. In the event that we are unable to visit your section of Bowie on the scheduled night, we will attempt to make it up on another night.
We will again be collecting canned goods for the Bowie Interfaith Pantry this year. Unfortunately, the need for help in our community remains strong, and we ask that you donate if you're able. Please bring your donations to the curb for collection. Thank you!
