Three members of the Bowie Volunteer Fire Department recently completed the 108-hour Firefighter I course, which provides students with the knowledge and skills to perform basic firefighting operations. Brianna Bard (Company 39), Elizabeth "Libby" Pacel (Company 43), and Timothy Krewson (Company 43) will be working under the supervision of more experienced firefighters until they are ready to operate as independent firefighters. We look forward to working with Brianna, Libby and Tim and are confident that they will serve the citizens of Bowie very capably.
