The Bowie VFD RS, Inc. does not and never will solicit donations by telephone. We never call and ask you to tape your donation to your door for pick-up. We conduct two major fund-raising events, a door-to-door Photo Fund Drive in the spring and a Mail Fund Drive in the fall. Members of the Bowie Volunteer Fire Department were honored to participate in the annual Memorial Day Ceremony at the Bowie Veterans Memorial Park in Old Town. We appreciate the opportunity to present a wreath each year to recognize those who gave their lives for our country.
Support Unit 819 was on site to provide bottled water as needed.
